I went to one of their theatres last week and was disappointed. The place just didn’t feel looked after at all, the seats were dusty and worn, the floor near our row was sticky, and the toilets were already in a state before the show had even started.
For what we paid for the tickets, I really expected a much cleaner and more comfortable experience. The show itself was fine, but the condition of the venue spoiled the evening, and I do think some kind of refund or gesture would be fair. I’d definitely think twice before booking with them again.

The theatre was really easy to get to, with the tube and buses close by, which made things straightforward. The area was quite busy though, especially after the show, and getting out took longer than I expected. I’d say just trust your instincts and give yourself a bit of extra time when leaving

The view from our seats was so bad it almost felt like part of the entertainment. I paid for tickets and somehow ended up feeling like I’d purchased the privilege of guessing what was happening. Definitely felt ripped off.

The snacks were okay and did the job, but there wasn’t a lot to choose from. The drinks felt a bit overpriced for what they were, and I think they should be more upfront and reasonable about pricing. Overall it was fine, but there’s definitely room to do better.

Maybe it’s just me, but I really hate when tickets already feel expensive and then extra booking fees get added right at the end. I thought I had a decent idea of what I’d be paying, then the total jumped at checkout. I ended up spending more than I expected, which was frustrating and makes me less likely to book here again

I booked a VIP package through LW Theatres for a show, and to be fair, the online booking part was straightforward enough. The staff on the night were friendly, the lounge looked nice, and the drinks came quickly, but that’s about where the praise ends.
For the price they charge, I expected way more, and I’m annoyed that it was sold as some special VIP experience when it felt rushed and half-hearted. The seats were good, but the hospitality just didn’t match the cost at all. I still enjoyed the show, but I feel like LW Theatres need to take some responsibility for overhyping something that really wasn’t worth the extra money.

We had a good night overall, but finding our seats was a little confusing. A few of the signs were easy to miss, so we ended up asking staff twice for help. Not a big deal, just something that could be improved

I got served fast at the bar , and the kiosks were easy to use too . No messing about , which was nice .

I booked a show through lwtheatres.co and when I got there, the entry queue looked long, so I immediately started worrying we’d lose time inside or miss the start. Luckily, it moved faster than it first looked. The staff were helpful, pointing people in the right direction and checking bags without making the whole thing feel chaotic. There was a bit of crowding near the doors, which wasn’t ideal, but once we were inside it was fine and finding our seats was straightforward. Not flawless, but for a busy evening, it was organised well enough that we didn’t feel like we’d missed out on anything

There were way too many stairs for my liking, and the staff seemed kind of unsure about things. It made it feel a little frustrating at times, especially when you’re just trying to figure it out

Went to a LW theatre last week. Grabbed some drinks and snacks before the show. It wasn’t cheap, but I wasn’t too surprised. London theatre prices are always a bit high. The wine was decent. Crisps and chocolate were fine too. I just wish the portions were a bit bigger, or the prices a bit lower. Staff were quick though. No long wait, which was nice. Overall, it was okay value for a night out.

I went to a show booked through lwtheatres.co.uk and had a minor issue locating my tickets at first. Thankfully, the staff were really friendly about it and didn’t make the situation feel awkward at all. They just got on with helping me sort it quickly. Everyone we dealt with at the theatre was polite, professional, and genuinely seemed happy to help, even though it was clearly busy. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the queue moved a little slower than expected. Other than that, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience

I still haven’t received my tickets, and the mobile link didn’t work for me either. I’m sure I followed the steps correctly, so not really sure what’s going on...

Support got back to me super fast and helped sort out my ticket info without any hassle. it was a smooth experience, which was nice!

I went into the show really hoping it would be a fun night out, especially since I’d been looking forward to it for a while, but unfortunately it ended up being disappointing. The whole performance just felt kind of flat to me, like it never really built up any momentum or had that spark you expect from a live show. Some of the singing sounded a bit off in places, and even though there were a few moments that were decent, they weren’t enough to make up for the rest of it. I found myself getting bored more than once and checking the time, which is never a great sign when you’re supposed to be enjoying yourself. Maybe other people liked it more, but for me personally, it just didn’t feel worth the money.

The sound was okay overall, but maybe it’s just me, some parts felt a little echoey. I could hear most of the dialogue fine, but when the songs got louder, everything started to sound kind of muddy.

We got to the theatre a bit early thinking we’d grab something nice to eat nearby before the show, but that turned into more of a mission than expected. There really weren’t many decent food options around, so we ended up choosing somewhere just because it was convenient rather than actually good. Then once we got inside, the toilets didn’t exactly help the mood either — they felt grim and could definitely do with a proper clean. The show was the main reason we came, but the whole pre-show experience was a bit disappointing.

There were plenty of loos available, which is always a relief, isn’t it? They were mostly clean, and the queue moved along quickly. What more can you really ask for on a busy visit?

I used the cloakroom at one of their theatres and it was generally fine. The staff were polite and there weren’t any major issues, but getting coats back after the show took longer than I expected. The queue got a bit messy too, which made it feel less organised. Compared with other theatres I’ve been to, where the cloakroom process is usually quicker and more clearly managed, this one could definitely be improved. Not a bad experience, just a bit slow.
